Steps of Registration Renewal :
- First of all Pharmacist have to registred his/her mobile number to the council portal.
- And then pharmacist apply for the renewal process by clicking on the renewal of registration link on the website.
- Pharmacist will have to pay the prescribed fees through various available online methods.
- After payment of fee, the pharmacist will have to take the printout of the payment receipt and keep the scanned copy of the same to be uploaded during registration.
- After completing the payment, Pharmacist will fill up the prescribed Application Form providing all the details (personal, qualification and professional details)
- A Pharmacists are advised to upload all the documents as per prescribed size and format given in the application form
- After uploading all documents correctly, pharmacist will move to next step- preview their filled form, verify all details and uploaded documents carefully.
- Thereafter pharmacist will submit the application form.
- Note: Please don't apply renewal with the phone, Use laptop or visit cyber cafe for renewal apply.
