Jharkhand state come into existence on 15th Nov 2000, having 24 districts. After the formation of Jharkhand State from Bihar, Jharkhand State Registration Tribunal established by the government of Jharkhand, which was a temporary establishment to work for registration of pharmacist. Now Jharkhand State Pharmacy council has been constituted as Feb 2018 which is a statutory body functioning under the health Department of Government of Jharkhand.
