Instructions

•    Registration process for Pharmacist has been made completely Online.
•    Pharmacists are advised to read instructions carefully before proceeding for registration.
•    Any mistake or error after the payment of fees will not be permitted for registration and no refund is admissible.
•    A pharmacist has to use his or her own mobile number for the registration process.
•    On entry of mobile number for registration, the candidate will receive an OTP on mobile number through SMS which they will have to enter for authentication.
•    After entering the OTP, the candidate will click on submit button. He/ She/ Others will enter their name and proceed further with the registration process.
•    Documents checklist mentioned below have to keep in readiness before proceeding with registration. Please note that a scanned copy of all documents has to be uploaded in prescribed file size only.
•    Pharmacists have to choose the type of registration- Whether he/ she/ others are opting for fresh registration or he/ she/ others is willing for reciprocal registration from other States to Jharkhand.
•    After choosing the option, the Pharmacist will have to pay the prescribed fees through various available online methods.
•    After payment of fee, the pharmacist will have to take the printout of the payment receipt and keep the scanned copy of the same to be uploaded during registration.
• Pharmacists can also save the receipt in PDF form and upload it later. 

•    After completing the payment, Pharmacist will fill up the prescribed Application Form providing all the details (personal, qualification and professional details)
•    Please fill the details carefully and correctly. Any correction after final submission will not be possible.
•    After filling the required details, pharmacist will move to next part of the registration- Documents uploading.
•    Pharmacists are advised to upload all the documents as per prescribed size and format given in the application form and also mentioned below-

•    Photo
•    Size not more than 50KB in Jpeg Format
•    Signature
•    Size not more than 50KB in Jpeg Format
•    Aadhar Card
•    Size not more than 80KB in Jpeg /Pdf Format
•    If Adhaar is not a resident of Jharkhand, residential documentation is necessary.
•    List of Document for residential proof:- 1. Voter Id, 2. Driving Licsense, 3. Passport 4. Govt. of Jharkhand issued Residential
•    Matriculation Certificate

•    As per he Education Regulations, 2020 for Diploma Course in Pharmacy, the Hospital Training must be done 'Appendix D'click here for Sample.

•    Govt Hospital Training Certificate(mandatory for D.Pharm candidates) and 1 month Industrial Training for B.Pharm Candidates (complusory for B.pharm candidates.)

•    After uploading all documents correctly, pharmacist will move to next step- preview their filled form, verify all details and uploaded documents carefully.  
•    Thereafter pharmacist will submit the application form.
•    After the final submission of the form, the pharmacist has to take printout of the form.
•    Pharmacist has to send the self-attested registration form along with the original affidavit and original Registration certifcate those who applied for the Transfer from the other state & self-attested documents which they have uploaded in the portal (Hard Copy) through registered/ speed post to

The Registrar, Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council, Bariatu, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834009.
•    The registration process from the Council will start as soon as the hard copy of the application is received by the Council.
•    The Pharmacist will receive updates after the verification, which we will receive from the college. Regarding the status of the application through By SMS / By Call .
•    After the verification, the Candidate has to visit the council on the day of registration, the council will issue the Registration Certificate and the same can be downloaded by the Pharmacist from the portal by simply login in Mobile number and OTP. It is advised to get a colored printout of the Registration Certificate within 1 month from date of issue or the date of receiving SMS/ E-mail.

•    Any query related to the registration process can be submitted through a common support portal of the Council.
•    Pharmacist can access the support portal through the menu in the dashboard and also through the support option present on the website of the Council.
