Renewal Of Registration

Those Pharmacists  whose name has been entered into the registered of Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council may follow steps for registration renewal which is as follow:

Steps of Registration Renewal:

• First of all Pharmacist have to registred his/her mobile number to the council portal.

• And then pharmacist apply for the renewal process by clicking on the renewal of registration link on the website.

• Pharmacist will have to pay the prescribed fees through various available online methods.

• After payment of fee, the pharmacist will have to take the printout of the payment receipt and keep the scanned copy of the same to be uploaded during registration.

• After completing the payment, Pharmacist will fill up the prescribed Application Form providing all the details (personal, qualification and professional details)

• A  Pharmacists are advised to upload all the documents as per prescribed size and format given in the application form

• After uploading all documents correctly, pharmacist will move to next step- preview their filled form, verify all details and uploaded documents carefully.

• Thereafter pharmacist will submit the application form.

• Note: Please don't apply renewal with the phone, Use laptop or visit cyber cafe for renewal apply.
